A charming, and unusual, mini-flora climbing rose, Tangerine Flames grows vigorously. It's strong, medium-long, arching canes reach approximately 6 to 8 feet at maturity. It flowers in small clusters of shapely pointed buds that open into medium-small, 2- to 3-inch, elegantly rounded blooms. The blooms have 30 to 40 orange petals with a yellow reverse and a light, fruity fragrance. The blooms repeat throughout the season, from late spring to late fall.
The plant has crisp, glossy, medium green foliage and good disease resistance. This is a highly versatile rose that can be grown on trellises, poles, arches, and pillars, trained along fences or walls, or allowed to fountain on its own. It can also be grown in a container and will spill over the edges beautifully for a unique display.
Tangerine Flames is a child of All A 'Twitter x (Work of Art x Mellow Yellow).
