Shipping windows are projected timeframes based on product availability, weather conditions, and other factors. To protect the quality of your items, we may adjust ship dates as needed.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with shipment tracking information.
We aim to ship your full order together. Items with different availability may arrive in separate shipments.
Processed and shipped promptly. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing prior to shipment.
Shipping charges are displayed during Secure Checkout. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. All orders are shipped FOB Origin. Non-plant items typically ship within 7 business days; delivery times vary by destination.
When shipment is immediate, please allow up to two weeks after your order is received for delivery to most locations.
Our custom shipping containers are extensively tested to help ensure your merchandise arrives in excellent condition.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are sent via Express Delivery only. Please add $20.00 per order to the standard Shipping & Handling charge and allow one additional business day for delivery.
We recommend shipping to a street address rather than a P.O. Box. Potted plants are excluded from shipment to Hawaii, and some horticultural restrictions may apply.
We are unable to ship to Canadian, international, APO, or FPO addresses.
Please verify all shipping addresses carefully — postal and delivery services will not forward packages. We guarantee delivery only to the address provided at checkout.

Some products require an additional handling charge, noted in the product description. Certain items may require freight delivery — the freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule.
Some tree roses require an additional $10 shipping upcharge.
Shipping costs continue to remain elevated, driven by fuel prices as well as broader transportation and carrier-related expenses. While we work hard to absorb as much of these increases as possible, current conditions make it necessary for us to apply a temporary fuel surcharge on orders at this time. We will continue to monitor shipping conditions closely and adjust as appropriate. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your business.
From time to time, we may offer promotional shipping rates, including discounted or free shipping. Free standard shipping is calculated after discounts are applied. Offers are subject to stated eligibility requirements, which may include a minimum purchase amount calculated before taxes, fees, and shipping.
