I purchased this plant as a bare root and received it in late March. Since then, it has bloomed quite a few times and has beautiful foliage. Also, it has a pretty nice scent.

Daring Spirit is one of the rockstars of the garden. Even in the worst heat, she's covered in blooms. Plus, they smell great! It is also one of the most vigorous plants I have and never has any issues with blackspot in the blackspot plagued Houston area. One thing to note is the growth habit is a bit sprawling and not very tidy. Be sure you give this one plenty of room to sprawl out.

Highly recommended. We followed the instructions in the packing and soaked in water first, then planted in healthy soil with some added rose nutrients. With regular watering it started populating leaves quickly. The first bloom is just wonderful and exactly like the picture.

Bought the rose here, planted it in early May in a very sunny spot, started getting FANTASTIC, beautiful blooms end of June. Very Happy, will order more next year.

I bought this rose 2 years ago because I love roses that have coloration like this one. Very beautiful once it got blooming and the show just kept going till fall. Getting another for another part of my half acre yard, up by the window of this room so I can see it when it's too hot outside for me to go out.
