Heuchera Fyre Wing™ 'Hematite' Coral Bells

Heuchera Fyre Wing™ 'Hematite' Coral Bells captures the elegance of Japanese maple foliage in a compact perennial. Its deeply lobed leaves are a rich cordovan red, finished with glowing copper tips that heighten the sense of depth. White and yellow flowers appear in May and June, rising to about 10 inches above a low 6 inch mound roughly 11 inches wide.

As part of the new for 2026 Terra Nova® Fyre Wing™ series, 'Hematite' brings refined color to mixed containers and specimen plantings, providing foliage contrast and winter color. Its petite scale suits intimate spaces. Surround it with hostas, ferns, astilbe, and hellebores in shade, or with daylilies and ornamental grasses in sunnier beds.

Grow in full sun to part shade in organic, well drained soil, or in clay and rocky soils that drain properly. Keep the soil evenly moist without waterlogging, and once established, allow it to dry moderately between waterings. Set the crown at soil level rather than burying it. Hardy in Zones 4 to 9, 'Hematite' grows at a moderate pace and remains evergreen in warm regions and semi evergreen in colder climates. Maple like form and cordovan color set 'Hematite' apart among coral bells.
