An award winner and the first variegated ajuga on the market, Ajuga Princess Nadia is a unique perennial groundcover of kaleidoscopic cream-and-green small-leafed foliage, fuchsia overlaid new growth with olive green centers, and royal blue flower spikes that appear in abundance in late spring and again in late summer.
A controlled creeper, spreading at a manageable rate, Ajuga Princess Nadia never becomes invasive and requires no maintenance. It has a tight, cushion-like habit, compared to Ajuga reptans, and will fill in large difficult areas under trees and around shrubs or areas of erosion on banks and slopes, but it's also good for small areas or containers.
