Description
A Jackson & Perkins Exclusive Introduction 2016

A child of Gemini and Moon Shadow, Sugar Plum is a hybrid tea rose that was hybridized by Dr. Keith Zary for Jackson and Perkins. This is an unusual rose. The 3- to 4-inch double blooms not only have a fantastic flower form and an exceptional color—rich lavender splashed with bits of pink and purple—but also have a rare fragrance—strong sweet pea. They repeat quickly throughout the season and have all the attributes of a perfect cut flower: fantastic form and color, lovely fragrance, and sturdy 14- to 18-inch stems—Sweet!

A tall bush, Sugar Plum works well in single plantings as well as in mixed beds and borders.

Give this rose a chance and its quirky charms are sure to win you over.

NOTE: Tree and patio roses are hardy to Zone 6 regardless of the rose variety grafted to their tops.

I bought this rose 2 years ago and I love it! It is so beautiful and it has the very BEST fragrance of any rose I have ever had! You will not be disappointed if you buy this rose!

So far so good
This shopper rated the product 4 out of 5 stars

I purchased two of the Sugar Plum roses as root stock. About two months in one plant dies (likely due to the multiple 90+ heat than anything else) and the other is growing leaves and starting to thrive. It will take a while before our heat wave survivor will bloom, but I'm happy with how it's already looking.
