Rose Hall of Fame 2006

A member of the Romantica® series developed in France, Eden Climber®, also known as Pierrre de Ronsard, was selected as the World Federation of Rose Societies "World's Best Rose" in 2006 and was inducted into the Rose Hall of Fame. A large-flowered climbing rose, Eden Climber grows 10 to 12 feet high and 5 feet wide at maturity. A prolific bloomer, it flowers in 4 ½-inch, cup-shaped flowers that have a slight fragrance. The old-rose type very double blooms have 40+ petals that are a soft pink and white blend. The blooms repeat throughout the season, from late spring to late fall.

Eden Climber is extremely cold hardy and disease resistant. This highly versatile rose can be grown on trellises, poles, arches, and pillars, trained along fences or walls, or allowed to fountain on its own.

Eden was nice and green and packaged nicely when received. Didn’t take long at all to start producing new leaves. Growing nicely.

Eden is the Reigning Queen of My Garden!
This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars

I have had Eden for over a decade, just letting her grow, and she is in full maturity, 12 feet high, climbing over a roofed bench structure in my garden. She blooms in several waves over the summer, and she just finished her first wave of this summer, with over 200 blooms! She will rest (giving me a few lovely blooms) and then burst into full bloom again, continuing in waves until fall. She is disease-resistant and very low-maintenance.
