Depending on the soil composition, sunlight, and age, the single blooms range in size from 5 to 8 inches and in color from pink to magenta, with paler midribs and more saturated margins.
Clematis 'Kakio' Pink Champagne quickly grows up to 8 feet tall in full sun to partial shade and attracts butterflies, bees, and birds. It belongs to pruning group 2, flowering on old and new wood, so light pruning after flowering is recommended.
