Bonide Rose Shield Systemic Rose & Flower Care feeds roses and flowering plants for up to 8 weeks and helps guard against pests such as aphids, fungus gnats, Japanese beetles, and leafminers. Supporting vigorous growth and bigger, better blooms, it's a practical solution for lasting plant health.

Bonide's blend delivers a guaranteed analysis of 8% nitrogen, 12% phosphorus, and 4% potassium, plus essential micronutrients. The active ingredient, 0.2% imidacloprid, is absorbed by roots along with nutrients, protecting the plant from within. This systemic defense covers roots to new growth, lasting for weeks without harming plants or posing a risk to pets.

To apply, evenly distribute the granules around the base of the plant and water thoroughly. Each 6-pound container treats up to 48 medium roses or shrubs, or 288 square feet of flowerbed. Both fertilizer and pest control effects remain active for up to 8 weeks, encouraging strong, healthy development throughout the season.
