The Rising Sun™ Redbud

We received our Rising Sun bare root a year ago and marveled at how quickly it bloomed and grew a solid foot the first summer. I worried about it making it through the winter, especially due to the fact that we do not have green thumbs. Well to our wonderment, it not only came back, but this summer it has tripled the foliage. Neighbors love it and can see the apricot coloring two houses away. It brings a great contrast to the dark green grass everyone. Best of all, the deer, which are plenty, do not come anywhere near it. Our weeping red bud new this spring is doing just as well.
