Description

Big, Double Florets the Color of Pistachios

A breathtaking breakthrough from the Next Generation series.

The florets of Next Generation Pistachio are remarkable in several regards:

  • They are larger than others,

  • They are plush and fully double,

  • Their scarlet and bright green markings are uniquely solid (not creamy like other Hydrangeas),

  • Their color is reliable (less affected by soil pH), and

  • They feature smoky purple centers unlike any other Hydrangea.

This easy-to-grow shrub slips right into a large container, or a shady spot in your garden. Its one-of-a-kind color show is sure to draw attention, however, so be sure to give it a place of prominence where people can easily get a closer look. This member of the Next Generation series is sure to dazzle.

Pistachio is a winner!

This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars

I needed something colorful in a shady corner. The little pistachio perked up and produced blooms within a month. The amazing thing is the flowers have lasted over 2 months now and have slowly changed color from an exact replica of the picture (green/pink/red) to all pink/red. It is lovely! Still on the small side, but this is the first season - I expect it will grow bigger next year. I'm delighted with this plant.
