This mixed selection of Jackson & Perkins roses is being offered at a special price. These are quality roses and will perform to the high standards expected of a Jackson & Perkins rose; however, they are grafted high in the pot and show their rootstock, which is not typical of a J&P rose. Although the appearance of the roots may be a little unusual, the overall beauty of the rose will not be diminished in any way.
