Cinnamon Girl?
Cheryl from PA wrote on April 27, 2018

On seeing this rose in the catalog I fell in love with the cinnamon petaland ccolored petals with the cream contrast. Stunning, right? Well much to my disappointment, the roses upon blooming were variations between light orange to tangerine color. My Cinnamon Girl’s look more like creamsicle girls.

Beautiful!

This is a tough little rose! It came back beautifully in a zone 6! Wonderfully full plant with several buds ready to bloom. I am so glad that I planted it near the entrance. It is a beautiful plant even without blooms on it.

PLACEMENT:

A well-ventilated area where it will receive a minimum of 6 hours of sun each day.

WATER/FEEDING

Keep soil moist but not soggy. To water, remove the plant from its basket or outer container and water it over a sink. Allow the pot to drain before returning to its container. Apply a water-soluble fertilizer regularly.

TRANSPLANTING:

Once the chance of frost has passed, you may move your plant outside as soon as the bloom display is finished. Select an area in your garden that has good drainage and receives at least 6 hours of sun each day. Or your rose can be transplanted into a larger pot and enjoyed on a sunny porch or patio.

GROOMING:

To encourage flowering, clip away faded blooms.
