Items ordered at the same time may be shipped separately.

Gifts and gift plants ship to arrive on or by the date you select. Live plants are shipped at the proper planting time for your region. Please see our zone map for more details on when we ship your order. Advertised available ship dates are subject to change. Due to state agricultural regulations, some gift plants cannot be shipped to certain states.

Non-plant items: We ship within 7 business days for standard delivery. Delivery times vary.

Delivery Guarantee

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all addresses carefully. Postal and delivery services will not forward. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given.

We Ship at the Best Time for Planting Our expert horticultural staff determines proper planting time in each region of the country, and we ship accordingly. When shipment is immediate, allow up to two weeks after we received your order for delivery (most locations).
To ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, we recommend shipping to a street address, not a P.O. Box.

Standard Delivery and Processing charges are intended to compensate our company for costs incurred to process, prepare, and transport your order and to cover related customer service. Should rising fuel costs affect our delivery charges, we reserve the right to impose a fuel surcharge. Shipping time is accurate to most locations.
*Orders for 2-Day and Overnight deliveries must be placed by 12:00 noon EST in order to ensure advertised transit times.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and the way in which it's delivered. Our custom containers have been extensively tested to ensure your merchandise arrives just as perfect as you see it on our website. Nobody delivers like we do.

2 Day Express

(2 business days guaranteed) Adds $11.95 per item to the standard delivery charge.

Priority Overnight Delivery

Adds $14.95 per item to the standard delivery charge.
(Available to most zip codes, Saturday arrival to select areas)

Fresh-cut Evergreen Gifts Service

All fresh-cut evergreens are rush-shipped direct from our grower to ensure the freshest, longest lasting holiday displays. An additional $5 or $10 is added to the standard delivery charges for these items.

Garden Fresh Express™ Service

Every flowering gift label "Garden Fresh Express™" receives expedited Express Shipping at no extra charge, so that your gift arrives in peak condition and ready to display. Standard delivery rates apply. See Shipping and Handling Chart above.

Alaska and Hawaii Deliveries

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are sent via Express Delivery only. For Alaska and Hawaii shipments, please add $20.00 per order to the Standard Shipping & Handling charge, and allow one additional day for delivery. Although we are able to offer shipping to AK and HI we are unable to ship where horticultural restrictions apply. Potted plants to HI are still excluded.

For Canadian and Foreign Deliveries

We are not able to ship to Canadian, International or APO / FPO addresses.

Heavy & Oversized Products

Some products require an additional handling charge. You'll find it noted in the product description when shopping on our Website. Please note some heavy or oversized items are not available for Express or Overnight shipping. Some items may require special freight service to your shipping address.The freight company will contact you to arrange a delivery time.
