Plant Patent 16,895. One of the largest and most beautiful hostas for the border, edging, or specimen use, 'Journey's End' is a multiple award-winner swith splendid foliage shape, texture, and colors. Rely on it for eye-catching beauty over 3 long seasons each year. The elongated leaves are slightly rippled and come to a distinct point, each one patterned distinctively and all very attractive. Lush and large, they unroll facing straight up, then arch outwards in many layers from the center of the plant. Very showy! 'Journey's End' is just 2 feet tall, but easily spreads 6 feet wide. It offers small lavender blooms on 3-foot stems in early or midsummer, but these are insignificant compared to the luscious foliage. Find a place in partial to full shade and let this fine foliage plant transform those murky garden spots with bright gold-and-green variegation! Zones 3-9.
