Delivery & Processing charges are based on regular price of merchandise. Standard Delivery and Processing charges are intended to compensate our company for costs incurred to process, prepare, and transport your order and to cover related customer service.

How We Ship
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and the way in which it's delivered. Our custom containers have been extensively tested to ensure your merchandise arrives just as perfect as you see it on our website. Nobody delivers like we do.
There is no standard delivery charge for Gift Cards and Greeting Cards. Express charges may apply to Gift Cards.

Garden Fresh Express® Service
All live gift plants are shipped via 2-3 Day Delivery directly from our grower.
Alaska and Hawaii Deliveries
For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii
an additional $12.00 air freight surcharge per order will be added to the above charges.
To ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, we recommend shipping to a street address, not a P.O. Box. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are sent via Express Delivery only. For Alaska and Hawaii shipments, please add $5.95 per item to the Standard Shipping & Handling charge, and allow one additional day for delivery. Although we are able to offer shipping to AK and HI we are unable to ship where horticultural restrictions apply. Potted plants to HI are still excluded.
For Canadian and Foreign Deliveries
We are not able to ship to Canadian, International or APO / FPO addresses.
Heavy & Oversized Products
Some products require an additional handling charge. You'll find it noted in the product description when shopping on our Website. Please note some heavy or oversized items are not available for Express or Overnight shipping.
Some items may require special freight service to your shipping address. The freight company will contact you to arrange a delivery time.

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all addresses carefully. Postal and delivery services will not forward. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given.
