Garden Fresh Express® Service
All live plants and evergreens are shipped via 2-3 Day Delivery directly from our grower.
Alaska and Hawaii Deliveries
To ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, we recommend shipping to a street address, not a P.O. Box. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are sent via Express Delivery only. For Alaska and Hawaii shipments, please add $5.95 per item to the Standard Shipping & Handling charge, and allow one additional day for delivery. Although we are able to offer shipping to AK and HI we are unable to ship where horticultural restrictions apply. Potted plants to HI are still excluded.
For Canadian and Foreign Deliveries
We are not able to ship to Canadian, International or APO / FPO addresses.
Heavy & Oversized Products
Some products require an additional handling charge. You'll find it noted in the product description when shopping on our Website. Please note some heavy or oversized items are not available for Express or Overnight shipping. Some items may require special freight service to your shipping address.The freight company will contact you to arrange a delivery time.
Delivery Guarantee
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all addresses carefully. Postal and delivery services will not forward. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given.

Your Satisfaction is Always Guaranteed
Plant Products
We ship only the finest living products, strong, healthy and in peak condition. If your plant has received our recommended care and doesn't perform to your satisfaction, please let us know by the following dates and we will replace it free of charge or give you a merchandise credit. Roses: within 60 days of delivery. Bulbs and perennials: by June 30, 2009. Gift plants: within 30 days of delivery. We are not responsible for problems caused by extreme weather or neglect.
Non-Plant Products
Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed with every product. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please return it to J & P Returns Department, 1 Parkton Ave., Greenwood, SC 29647, and we will furnish a replacement or refund.
Substitutions
If the item of your choice is unavailable or does not meet our high standards for quality, we may need to substitute an item of equal or greater value.
