To ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, we recommend shipping to a street address, not a P.O. Box. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are sent via Express Delivery only. For Alaska and Hawaii shipments, please add $5.95 per item to the Standard Shipping & Handling charge, and allow one additional day for delivery. Although we are able to offer shipping to AK and HI we are unable to ship where horticultural restrictions apply. Potted plants to HI are still excluded.

| We ship only the finest living products, strong, healthy and in peak condition. If your plant
has received our recommended care and doesn't perform to your satisfaction, please let us know by the
following dates and we will replace it free of charge or give you a merchandise credit. Roses: within 60 days
