Great Attractive Rain Gauge!
Received as a gift. I liked the gauge from the start. I had it for two years. It provided me with a good idea of rain fall. My glass wasn't graduated therefore it was an approx. reading. I believe the newer glass gauge has etched calibrated gauging to provide inches of rainfall. The only negative is that it is glass and can break especially if you forget to bring it in when freezing temperatures arrive. I am trying to find replacement glass. I am told they are available for around nine to eleven dollars.
