Circus Coral Bells
Magenta Blooms and Brilliant Fall Color!
Plant Patent Applied For
A stunning new Coral Bells from France! This gloriously colorful plant is "in season" from spring until frost, with dramatic color changes to match the changing seasons.
Quite heat-tolerant and adaptable to varying soil conditions, this Heuchera from French breeders Thierry and Sandrine Delabroye is a marvel of shifting hues. In spring, large leaves of chartreuse with maroon veining unfold. Soon they are topped by magenta flowers on slender brown stems. When summer arrives, the foliage turns green with reddish-black veins. And in autumn it transforms again, this time to brilliant shades of pink and yellow with traces of green remaining.
'Circus' reaches 12 to 18 inches high and 18 to 24 inches wide, a fine choice for containers as well as the partly shaded garden. Very easy to grow, it should be sited where its frequent color changes can be seen to best advantage. Absolutely enchanting! Zones 4-8.
