Hydrangea Care Instructions

PLACEMENT:
Diffused (indirect) light/nighttime temps of 50-60°F. May be kept outdoors on a covered porch or patio all summer, but bring inside before danger of frost.
WATER/FEEDING:
Keep soil moist. Never allow to dry out completely. For best results, place in a shallow tray of water for several hours, or until the soil is thoroughly moist and no longer absorbing water. Mist leaves once a week. Fertilize after the blooming period is over, using a flowering houseplant food.
RE-BLOOMING:
Remove blooms from the plant as they fade. In fall, to ensure maximum blooming next spring, move to a location with diffused light and temps of 45-50°F. Keep soil moist at all times. Can be returned to warmer temps in about 8 weeks, once the buds begin to swell.
